Privacy policy
TenderDhundo is run by Hi-Tech Engineers, Delhi. This page says what happens to your data when you use tenderdhundo.com. It is short because the site does very little with data.
The short version
- There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for.
- The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind.
- Nothing you type into the search box or the filters leaves your device.
- The only personal data we ever receive is what you send us in an email.
What happens when you search
Searching and filtering happen entirely in your browser. The tender list is downloaded as data files and everything after that — your keywords, the filters you set, the tenders you open — is worked out on your own device and never sent anywhere.
We do not store your searches, because we never receive them.
What our host records
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data — your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to deliver pages and protect the service from attacks. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We have not enabled any analytics product on top of it, and we do not receive reports identifying individual visitors.
If you email us
Mail to [email protected] is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox we read. We receive whatever you put in the message — your name, email address, phone number if you include one — and we keep it so we can reply and to follow up on what you raised. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not pass it to anyone else.
Ask us to delete your message and we will.
Links to other sites
Every tender listing links to the government portal that published it. Those portals are not ours, and their privacy policies apply once you leave this site. The same goes for any document you download from them.
Advertising
The site currently shows no advertising and no advertising cookies are set.
If that changes, this page will be updated before any ads appear. Should we use Google AdSense, the standard position applies: Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and you can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings or through aboutads.info. We will say plainly on this page when and if that starts.
Children
The site is meant for contractors and businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Your rights
For the only personal data we hold — emails you have sent us — you can ask what we have, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected]. We handle such requests in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes, such as introducing advertising, will be described here rather than made quietly.
