Terms of use

Updated 2026-09-17

By using tenderdhundo.com you accept these terms. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.

What this site is

A free search over government tenders that Indian government bodies publish themselves — central ministries, state e-procurement portals, PSUs, GeM and CPWD. The listings are copied from those portals, reorganised so they can be searched together, and rebuilt every night.

It is run by Hi-Tech Engineers, Delhi.

What this site is not

Where the information comes from, and its limits

Every listing here is taken from a public government portal. We copy what the portal published; we do not verify it, correct it, or add to it.

That means:

Before acting on anything here, confirm it on the portal that published the tender. The deadline, documents, eligibility and terms on that portal are the ones that count.

No guarantee, and what we are not liable for

The site is provided as it is. We make no promise that it is complete, accurate, current or available without interruption.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site — including a deadline missed, a tender not listed, a listing that was wrong, or a decision to bid or not to bid. Your bid and your commercial decisions remain yours.

Our guides

The guides are general information about how Indian government tendering works. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, they will not fit every department's rules, and the tender document you are bidding on overrides anything we have written.

Using the site

Use it for your own business purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, break into it, or hammer it with automated requests — it is a small site run for contractors, and the data is rebuilt once a day, so repeated automated fetching gains nothing.

The tender details themselves are public records. The wording of our guides, the design of the site and the way the data is organised are ours.

Links

Links to portals and other sites are provided because they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their availability.

Changes

The site, its coverage and these terms may change. The date at the top of this page changes when the terms do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
